Remember a few rules about poker before attempting strip poker.  The rules apply even in the computerized version of poker and though the reward is the sight of a beautiful woman and not money, these few simple rules will help get you through the game successfully. Most games will be a 5 or 7 card version of the game. And of course, do not forget that you can play other strip cards games like strip blackjack for example. The other flavors of poker like 7 cards stud can also be played as a  strip game but it's less popular.

There are 52 cards in any standard deck. The face cards are valued as the best ones available, in ascending order of rank these are the Jack, Queen and King. The Ace is not a face card, but for purposes of value in poker is higher in value than even the King. This will be important in games where the opponent and you have a similar hand, a pair for example, the winner of that round will be the one with the highest ranking card.
