Strip-Tease On-Screen

Those men who are too embarrassed to venture into their local strip club, most of them anyway, still enjoy a good strip tease in movies. Sadly, many of the movies featuring strip tease scenes to remember end up being, well let’s just say sub-par quality wise. Still, one dollar will let you rent the DVD from a box at the corner where you can speed past the plot, character development, and boring parts and get right to the T&A that you want to see. In history, there have been many strip teases portrayed on screen, from the very inception of film making, some of the earliest films were the first attempts at porn. One of the more memorable scenes was in a 1950 stag film and featured the infamous and deliciously attractive Candy Barr dancing. It is Candy who taught Joan Collins how to strip for a scene in a movie she was starring in.

Grindhouse

First on the list is the movie, ‘Grindhouse’ with the attractive to the extreme Rose McGowan. Luckily the scene occurs at the very beginning of the film so you don’t have to suffer through much to get to it.

From Dusk Till Dawn

Next is the movie, ‘From Dusk Till Dawn’, Tarantino’s vampire flick that spawned some equally terrible sequels. Salma Hayek makes a splash of an appearance in this film. Her goddess like entrance with robes, flames and a giant albino snake that moves with her gyrations only serves to intensify the scene. Of course, you have to ignore the fact that she’s a vampire, but until she morphs, enjoy the breasts and skin of a Latina beauty.

Closer

Following closely on the fangs, er, heels of Salma is the Natalie Portman role in ‘Closer’ where she portrays a slightly psychotic dancer. Her pink wig is less of a distraction than you might think and it’s worth watching again and again. Where did the innocence that was Padme Amidala go?

Sin City

‘Sin City’ is the movie where Jessica Alba takes her turn with lasso and leather sparkle studded bra in tow. It’s Jessica Alba and no, she doesn’t do nudity anymore, but after seeing her moves, you won’t give a damn. (For Alba nude scenes you have to rent ‘The Sleeping Dictionary’.)

Dancing at the Blue Iguana

‘Dancing at the Blue Iguana’ features Daryl Hannah taking her turn at the pole. Even at 40+ years old, Hannah is still hot enough to enjoy watching.

Striptease

‘Striptease’ with Demi Moore. Who cares how old she is, she shows why she still has the sex appeal that gets the attention of men of all ages.

Showgirls

‘Showgirls’ is another movie if you can call the lame scenes strewn together with stripping, nudity and well not much else. There are a number of stars in the movie but it was voted the Worst Movie Ever Made one year and destroyed the career of the lead star Elizabeth Berkley.

True Lies

‘True Lies’ starring scream queen Jamie Lee Curtis is more on the comedy side of the movie scale and it is actually the only one worth watching in this entire list. Her comedic ‘pole’ dance on the bed post is sexy and memorable as well as intentionally funny.
