The quality of strip clubs varies from club to club but the more luxurious they are, the greater the chances are that these places charge a cover fee for admission.

Historically, there has been a link between strip clubs and crime with the stereo-typical idea that they are owned by mafia types. Types of Strip Clubs

There are three types of clubs, really performances that happen in strip clubs. There are Bikini shows where the genitalia and breasts are covered with bikinis or bikini-type outfits. These shows are performed in areas where local laws prevent exposure of certain areas of the female body. There are Topless shows where the genitalia is covered but the breasts are allowed to remain bare. In some topless shows, the laws require the stripper to use pasties to cover her nipples. Some people refer to these clubs as ‘pastie clubs”. Then there are the Full Nude performances are where the These stripper removes all clothing and ends up completely naked by the end of the show.

Some strip clubs, depending on local laws, allow physical contact with the patrons. This is accomplished through private or lap dances, generally out of the view of the public.
